Terms of Service

Dealzone is a marketplace that lists discount offers from independent local businesses. We are not the seller. Every offer is made, priced, honoured and fulfilled by the business that published it, and any goods or services you buy are bought from that business, not from us. We do not take payment for those purchases — you pay the store directly, in store.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Dealzone, and at least 18 to register a business on it. You need a working mobile number: we sign you in with a one-time code sent to it, so keep it current and do not share it or the codes with anyone. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Give us accurate details. We register and verify accounts by hand, and full access — seeing which store an offer belongs to, and redeeming it — is granted by our team once you are verified. We may decline, pause or withdraw access if the details you gave are wrong, if you are abusing the service, or if a business reports you for misusing an offer.

Offers are set by the business and can change or end at any time. Each offer carries its own terms — minimum bill, validity, exclusions — shown on the offer itself, and those terms apply on top of these. An offer is only valid at the store that published it.

Redemption happens in store and takes effect immediately. Once an offer is redeemed it is used: we cannot reverse it, and the discount is applied by the store to your bill. If a store refuses to honour a valid offer, tell us — we moderate businesses and can remove one from Dealzone — but the transaction itself is between you and them.

Coins are a promotional discount credit inside Dealzone. They are not money: not a wallet, not a payment instrument, not a deposit and not a security. They cannot be withdrawn, transferred to another person, or exchanged for cash.

Coins are credited by us — typically ₹1 spent at a partner store is worth 5 coins — and each coin takes ₹1 off a bill at a participating store, capped by that offer’s own discount. Coins can expire, and unused coins are forfeited if you delete your account or if we close it for a breach of these terms. We may change the rates, caps or expiry at any time; changes apply going forward, never to coins already spent.

You confirm you are authorised to represent the business, that its details, address and offers are accurate, and that you hold whatever licences its trade requires. You must honour every offer you publish, on its stated terms, for as long as it is live. Do not publish offers you cannot fulfil, and do not use a customer’s details for anything other than serving that redemption.

You keep ownership of the photos and text you upload, and you grant us a licence to show them in Dealzone and in material promoting your listing. We may edit, hide or remove a listing or an offer, and may suspend a business, for inaccuracy, complaints, or breach of these terms.

• Create accounts for other people, or use false details.
• Redeem, resell or trade offers or coins other than as intended.
• Post reviews you have no basis for, or file reports in bad faith.
• Scrape, copy or resell listings, or attempt to break, probe or overload the service.
• Upload anything unlawful, misleading, or infringing someone else’s rights.

You can review a business only after redeeming one of its offers, and your review is public under your name. Reports you file are private — they go to our moderators, and the business never sees them or learns who filed them. We may remove content that breaches these terms.

We try to keep Dealzone running and accurate, but we provide it “as is”. We do not warrant that listings are error-free, that a business will still be trading, or that the service will be uninterrupted. We may change, suspend or discontinue features.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for the quality, safety or legality of anything a business sells you, for a business refusing an offer, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Where liability can be limited, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete my account; see the account deletion page for exactly what is erased and what is kept. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. Deletion forfeits any coin balance.

How we handle your data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app. Continuing to use Dealzone after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at New Delhi, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
